Pharmac South 2024 to organize special conference on Revised Schedule M on May 24

Alongside the 9th South Indian Pharmaceutical Expo, Pharmac South 2024, an extensive conference program on ‘Revised Schedule M’ (An Overview and Implementation Solution) will be conducted on the first day of the programme on May 24th at Chennai Trade Centre. The show will continue upto 25th evening.
The event will be inaugurated by state health secretary, Gagandeep Singh Bedi.
The inaugural meeting will be attended by dignitaries such as Dr. SV Veermani, chairman of the Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council, Dr. M Ravichandran, director of NIPER Kolkata, Dr. TV Narayana, president IPA, regulatory officers from the CDSCO and state drug control department , and central and local leaders of the Indian Drug Manufacturers Association (IDMA).
At 11.30 am the keynote address on the Revised Schedule M will be delivered by Dr. SM Mudda, the pharma quality expert from Mumbai.
J Jayaseelan, chairman of the TN IDMA, said this pharmaceutical expo will enable the pharma manufacturers and contract manufacturers of pharma, nutraceuticals and cosmetics to introduce and market their brands to a broad spectrum of people and make them aware of the products and services.
The post lunch session is completely dedicated to a motivational speech by Aasaanji. He will talk on the subject, ‘Success Unstoappable’.
On the second day, the conference will start with a speech by the director of the Kolkata NIPER, Dr. M Ravichandran. His subject is ‘NIPER and Pharma Industry Collaboration’. The post-lunch session will be dedicated exclusively for a talk by the vice-chancellor of the Flame University in Pune, Prof. Dishan Kamdar, and the subject is ‘Art of Persuasion – A Master Class on Negotiation and Influence.’
In both the days there will be Business to Business (B2B) meetings organized in association with the pharmaceutical export promotion council. The chairman of the TN IDMA, J Jayaseelan said, from the beginning Pharmac South attracts a bigger crowd and provides an extraordinary opportunity for professionals in the pharma sector to come together and exchange their views on the latest trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
