The cosmetic industry has grown leaps and bounds in the recent years with product formulations becoming increasingly complex and with the frequent introduction of novel ingredients into the market.

The nation's women cosmetics market is projected to register a CAGR of over 16 per cent during 2015-20. At the same time, men’s grooming is also gaining ground showing double- digit growth rates.
While the personal care markets in some countries are forecast to increase at double-digit rates during the period from 2014-2019, India is forecast to post the strongest growth of almost 13 per cent during the same period.
While herbal products have gained a lot of momentum in the market, growing awareness among men and women about skin care has made natural ingredients products more popular.
ISCC conference-cum-workshop will be highlighting the recent trends in cosmetic sensorials and providing a hands-on demonstration of the various sensory evaluation techniques pertaining to hair, skin, perfume & colour sensory evaluation.
