The Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India (Pharmexcil) will be showcasing Indian healthcare advancements for the 18th consecutive year at the India Pavilion in Arab Health 2025, taking place from January 27 to 30 in Dubai, UAE. With a large dedicated space of 555 square meters in Sheikh Maktoum Hall, the India Pavilion will feature 65 uniquely designed stalls offering visitors an extensive look at the country’s healthcare innovations and pharmaceutical products.

Arab Health is among the Middle East’s largest international exhibitions, attracting over 3,450 exhibitors from more than 70 countries, with pavilions highlighting advancements in surgical instruments, medical equipment, herbal products, and pharmaceuticals. With substantial foot traffic at past events, Arab Health 2025 is expected to see a significant number of attendees visiting the India Pavilion, eager to learn about India’s pharmaceutical and nutraceutical contributions.

With support from the Union ministry of commerce, the pavilion offers concessional stall rates, making it a cost-effective platform for exhibitors. To accommodate exhibitor preferences, companies have the option to design their own stalls within the organizers’ height and space guidelines, ensuring cohesion with the pavilion’s branding.

The stall reservation system is on a first-come, first-served basis. Members can reserve a maximum of two adjacent stalls, with a total allotment limit of 18 square meters per company. Reservations require 100% payment within 12 days to avoid cancellation, and cancellations will not be allowed once a reservation is confirmed.

The India Pavilion provides stalls at concessional rates with financial support from the Government of India. Eligible members with an export turnover of less than Rs. 50 crore may also receive travel reimbursement under the Market Access Initiative (MAI) scheme, subject to government guidelines. MAI scheme is an Indian government program designed to provide financial assistance to exporters to help them access new markets and increase their international presence.

“The event offers a significant opportunity for Indian companies aiming to expand their reach in the Middle Eastern and African markets. Pharmexcil encourages all eligible members seeking to broaden their export footprint to participate in this prestigious event,” informed Pharmexcil director general (DG) K Raja Bhanu.
