Pharmexcil to organise India Pavilion at World Health Expo, Dubai to be held from Feb 9 to 12, 2026

The Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India (Pharmexcil) will be organising India Pavilion in 522 square meters of space with 61 stalls at World Health Expo (WHX), Dubai, UAE between February 09 and 12, 2026.
Pharmexcil is participating in WHX Dubai (formerly Arab Health) 2026, for the 19th consecutive year, at Dubai Exhibition Centre, Dubai. The Council has urged all members aspiring to increase their exports in the Middle East and African region to participate in this important event.
The event brings together a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including doctors, managers, innovators, and policymakers, for networking and collaboration. It will serve as a platform for over 4,800 exhibitors to showcase the latest innovations, products, and solutions in healthcare technology and equipment. The event is expected to attract over 270,000 visitors from over 180 countries, making it a major global healthcare event.
With the support of Union ministry of commerce, Council is able to offer stalls in India Pavilion at a lesser cost than the cost of stalls offered by the organizers. Stalls can be reserved through online reservation system.
“India Pavilion stalls are priced at concessional rates considering the financial assistance available from government. In addition, Members will be reimbursed their travelling expenses subject to the provisions of the Market Access Initiative (MAI) Scheme, latest guidelines and release of funds by the Government,” according to Raja Bhanu, director general, Pharmexcil.
As per the eligibility guidelines, the exhibitor company should be a member of the Pharmexcil and has completed one year of membership. Export turnover of the exhibitor should be less than/upto Rs. 50 crore during previous financial year. The exhibitor should not have participated through our Pavilion in Arab Health for not more than 3 years.
The highlights of the event are its new venue and expanded scope. The event moves to the new Dubai Exhibition Centre for the main conference, co-locating with WHX Labs Dubai (formerly Medlab Middle East) to create the world's largest healthcare event. A key theme of the event is "shaping the future of healthcare" through sustainable and innovative solutions that will disrupt existing models.
According to the Pharmexcil, “Pavilion will be constructed at par with international standards and individual participants need not go for their own designs. However, members are at liberty to have own designs for their stalls, subject to the height limits prescribed by the organizers for Pavilions and also without causing any disturbance to the Top Branding of India Pavilion. Members who would like have their own designs, may send the designs to us for prior approval. Members can reserve stalls as per their choice, subject to a maximum of 2 stalls (adjacent/side-by-side) only. Due to our agreement with the organizers, no member/group of companies will be allotted not more than 18 square meters of space. Hundred payment has to be made within 10 days of reservation, failing which reservation gets automatically cancelled, without any further notice and the same will be allotted to the other companies in the waiting list. Payments should reach Pharmexcil on or before November 17, 2025.”
